Is Pilates right for me?
In 99% of cases, the answer is yes.
With personalized programming and private instruction, Pilates is good for just about everyone.
I work with adults of all ages, even well into their 90s, some with chronic conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis. Pilates is an excellent way to relieve joint and back pain, and the perfect way to get back in the saddle after a joint replacement (once you are cleared by your HCP/PT).
How often should I take sessions?
Anywhere between 1 and 3 times per week is ideal.
What's best for you and your life will also differ depending on your goals, your schedule, your other activities etc.
When you book your first session, we can discuss what's best for you.
What do I wear? Can I change at your studio?
Wear comfortable clothing and grippy socks. We don't want anything to get caught in the equipment (which could happen with overly loose clothing, buckles etc.) or damage it.
The studio has a restroom that you are welcome to use to change to and from your street clothes.
Do you offer free intro sessions?
You are welcome to try your first online class for free. For private sessions, you are welcome to take advantage of the intro offer for new clients at a significant savings.
