    Testimonials

"Yesterday's session was amazing. I felt so much better on the way home, both mentally and physically. (My quads not engaging) has has been one of my big problems and I had not identified it. You saw it immediately during the session!! Thank you for being such a special person. I truly appreciate you."

    -Judy M., Client (1-1 sessions)

"Yesterday’s virtual happy back session was like magic in the middle of a workday! My hips felt so much better the rest of the day."

-Pam R., Client (1-1 sessions & virtual Happy Back classes)

"I love Eva and this pilates studio! I have been working with Eva for a few years - I chose Sunroom Pilates for the one-on-one instruction due to back and knee injuries that made me hesitant to start with group classes. I'm in my early 40's and have never been an athletic person - I either get bored or I don't feel like I know to work out. I don't have either of these issues with pilates! There's an endless amount of variation and Eva is excellent at finding the edge of your ability no matter where you are in your personal fitness journey. Her positive attitude, beautiful studio, and personal attention will motivate you and help you become a better version of yourself."

    -Jocelyn M., Client (1-1 sessions)

"I am so happy that I found Eva. Her teaching helped me rehabilitate my knee after surgery more than any physical therapy ever did. I am still a regular student, even though my knee is back to normal. She accepts each student as they are. And then she tailors what she does each week or each session to that student’s needs at the moment. I’m grateful every time I leave a session."

    -Sidney B., Client (1-1 sessions)

    About Me

When I found Pilates, I had been teaching yoga and fitness for over a decade - and suffered from chronic shoulder pain from my desk job for two years. I tried everything, and only corrective Pilates helped.

That set me off on a mission to help others find the same relief, have a positive movement experience every time and get fit in the process. I take listening and lifelong learning seriously, and my main goal is to help you (re)discover the joy of movement and feeling strong and energetic in your body.

While I love teaching 1-1 sessions right here in Mt Juliet, Tennessee (Nashville), I realize this is not accessible to everyone, so I expanded my studio to hold 3 gorgeous Balanced Body reformers for small-group classes. For those further away, I offer weekly Happy Back classes to keep your body supple and pain-free.

See you at the studio - I can't wait to meet you!

    Frequently Asked Questions

In 99% of cases, the answer is yes.

With personalized programming and private instruction, Pilates is great for just about everyone!

I work with adults of all ages, even well into their 90s, some with chronic conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis. Pilates is an excellent way to relieve joint and back pain, and the perfect way to get back in the saddle after a joint replacement (once you are cleared by your HCP/PT).

Anywhere between 1 and 3 times per week is ideal.

What's best for you and your life will also differ depending on your goals, your schedule, your other activities etc.

When you book your first session, we can discuss what's best for you.

Wear comfortable clothing and grippy socks. We don't want anything to get caught in the equipment (which could happen with overly loose clothing, buckles etc.) or damage it.

The studio has a restroom that you are welcome to use to change to and from your street clothes.

    Yes!

I offer group reformer classes for small groups of up to 3-4 people.

For your safety, these are bookable with instructor permission after 1-1 sessions or a 4-week intro series.

You are welcome to try your first online class for free. For private sessions, you are welcome to take advantage of the intro offer for new clients at a significant savings.
